Relaxin is thought to help induce cervical ripening during pregnancy in preparation for delivery. It's also been speculated that it may play a role in spontaneous coronary dissection - which can occur in the context of pregnancy/post-partum period. Anyway, I would guess they think this is going to help diastolic dysfunction, but it's a bold step.

Most people don’t know, but the “vaccine” is the only medication that Moderna has ever gotten approved, after years of failed trials on other similar products, and only then due to the emergency use order, and warp speed.
So now, they are trying to get their second ever approval.
