My niece and her hubby are all in for this crap! She calls it Eloise’s sack! No blankets, no stuffed animals or toys in the bed ! How did WE ever survive this long?

Oh, yes, I forgot about the stuffed animal ban. My babies would not have been happy without their blankies and teddies.
For anyone who thinks this talk of babies is sliding the thread, I apologize, but I happen to think the deception we are discussing in the instructions given to new parents is all part of a whole program of breaking down the family.
In the past, young mothers turned to their own mothers to learn child-rearing wisdom and traditions that had been passed down through generations. This is anecdotal, I realize, but I have heard many boomer and older women express the thought that their children act as if grandma is incapable of properly caring for baby and that her ideas are antiquated and possibly harmful. Heartbreaking.
