I agree McCarthy is lucky to be in place, for now. But I was kind of laughing because, when he doesn't do what they want, they put a Q in his name. Anyone who doesn't 'fall in line' must be under Q's control (or Q+). I think they expose their fearful little rat minds and show who they fear/fight. It kind of reminded me of an old RAID roach spay commercial...the frightened bugs scream "RAID!"
In this case, McCarthy not doing what they want (for whatever reason) has them (metaphorically) pointing and fearfully shrieking "Q!"
