Back from holiday vacation, I found an interesting email waiting for me in my inbox from Matt Taibbi, the independent journo Elon Musk tasked with reviewing and releasing internal Twitter documents about decisions to censor content and ban users from the platform.

“Paul,” Taibbi wrote, “just found a crazy email on Twitter — did you know Adam Schiff’s staff . . . asked Twitter to have you banned?”

I was gobsmacked. This would explain why Twitter could never give me a reason for suspending my account, even though I had broken none of its rules.

Schiff, the powerful Democratic chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, made his “request” to ban me through his staff in a November 2020 memo to Twitter. Three months later, in early February 2021, I was kicked off the platform.

Why would a congressional leader sworn to protect the Constitution and First Amendment want to muzzle a veteran journalist? Like authoritarians everywhere, Schiff did not like critical reporting. The man who vowed to “protect our Democracy” from Donald Trump wanted to censor a free press.

This seems to be a clear cut case to act against Rep. Pencil Neck Schitt (D-Sewer) in a lawsuit for depriving a journalist of freedom of speech, a constitutional right.

And, is this also not a deprivation of civil rights?

Their needs to be a new punishment for those in government that are involved in censorship. Death works for me. Free speech is that important.

This is the theory of Political Realativity in action. It’s only ‘free speech’ if you agree with it. If you disagree, if it’s your ox being gored and you have the sway to stop it, you will. Enter Twitter, Facebook, the MSM, and virtually any social media platform who were leaned on by various Congress critters, Committees and members of the Executive branch.

Man on Twitter they were after small people like the average person who post on this forum I mean people that only had 50 or 60 followers if they did not like what they had to say if they spotted him they asked for them to be removed and frequently they were so amazing

Here is part-and-parcel of the problem with the Twitter Files rollout:

• Never, NEVER should have been drip, drip, drip -- even I am finding it challenging to process all the information, and so the average Freeper getting their mind around it? I don't see it.
• This should have never been given to Taibbi, he is a Leftist, Barium Wipes is a hard Leftist. This should have been given to a lawyer like Jonathan Turley!
• Even more reason to have given Twitter Files to Turley -- he would have advised let's unveil this inside the Committee hearing, with Jack in the witness chair.
• And yet another reason to give it to Turley -- imagine Schiff sitting in a Committee chair and Turley dropping this bomb right there. You just might have screwed Schiff's shot at Feinswine's Senate seat by emboldening a more acceptable primary challenger.

No I greatly fear Musk purposefully diluted Twitter Files because Jack is his old buddy -- when Jack was sane and the government Potemkinization Plan had not started.
