It’s certainly easy to look at your lap times when swimming on the woman’s team and compare them to lap times from the men’s team. Unless you supplement your hormone treatments with a whole lot of additional practice, there’s no reason to think the times will magically change. Even if you do supplement them with a whole lot of additional practice, there’s still no reason to think they will become equal. You’re a woman who takes male hormones, you’re not a man.
