That’s a bit out of date. This is the current McCullough employment situation:
“Baylor and HealthTexas Provider Network said that McCullough falsely affiliated himself with Baylor “dozens, if not hundreds, of times” after reaching a “bargained-for confidential separation agreement” back in February 2021.
“As the parties expressly contracted in the separation agreement, injunctive relief is appropriate to address a breach by McCullough,” according to the lawsuit. “Accordingly, Baylor Scott & White Health and HealthTexas Provider Network ask for temporary injunctive relief to prevent McCullough from further misuse of titles and claimed affiliations in addition to damages as stated herein.”
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking more than $1 million, in addition to “non-monetary relief,” from McCullough.”
There is clearly multiple orders of magnitude more peer-reviewed scientific data coming out that supports McCollough's claims, than there is data indicating there are any dangers of using his products.
So, do you have any scientific evidence at all, that McCollough's products are dangerous? Or are you just on a frantic smear campaign devoid of any actual data regarding his products, at all?

So, you are coming to the realization that your olde time pictures of the snake oil salesmen, are actually much more similar to modern pharmaceutical companies, than those selling nature’s supplements.

Now, you can address the question as to whether you have any actual data regarding the dangers of McCollough’s supplements, or not?

The two questions you seem to be really agonizing over are as follows:
1. Do you not recognize that the olde time pictures of snake oil salesmen, indicate that they were actually the pharmaceutical companies of the day?
2. Do you have any data, at all, regarding the dangers of McCollough’s products, or are you simply trying to libel him unfairly?

The danger is that after paying for his fake cures, people can’t afford proper care.

Assuming I know 200 people, if the odds are 1 in 13,000 that means the odds I know 1 person would be 1 in 65.. 2 would be 1 in 4,225, 3 is 1 in 274,625 and 4 would be 1 in 17,850,625

Ironically, I was not a big “supplement” person prior to Covid and often thought that a trip to GNC just meant you would have really expensive urine as our bodies were capable of meeting our needs with a balanced diet.
Based on lots of reading and skepticism I certainly concluded that vitamin D can have an impact on Covid! In fact, I am still angry that our public health folks never put this out - not as a “cure” but as a safe supplement that might minimize the impact of the virus. How many lives and how much misery might have been avoided is still unanswered to me, but I do believe it would have made a difference.
I have a whole stockpile now of different supplements and took them all when I finally caught it in August of last year (mild flu). Same for my family and our older immediate family - we are all still here!
Interesting, is it not, that the accusation is thrown out that those opposed to the vax are somehow profiting financially from it and that for that reason, they cannot be taken seriously, but when it comes to big pharma profiting from their pushing a health product for sale, suddenly everyone falls silent.
