One of the problems with her stating that the vaccines cause side effects, especially under oath in court, is that that point hasn’t been proven yet. Such organizations like the Mayo and John Hopkins claim they can’t find any correlation between instances that have been said to be a side effect. So the doc on the stand is stating an opinion and has no proof of it.
In my mind, before someone says there is a relationship they better have proof. And in this case, as a doctor, and a military member, she chose to do it poorly. I, also, feel this problem should have been investigated to the satisfaction of the medical people and a statement put out confirming their discoveries if it is true. But, don’t hold your breath as this while thing was politicly created. And butts will have to get covered on both sides of the aisle. In schools they used to call it “duck and cover.”

The department of defense can do what they want but if they piss off a judge on constitutional grounds and authority, even the USCMJ won’t give the DOD cover, especially if the Judge starts to ping on their Civilian overseers.

I could not infer the name of anyone who suffered vaccine death or injury. I’m not seeing how HIPAA applies here.
What some people fail to realize or recognize is the distinction between what is legal and what is right.
She did what is right.

Relational to military? It’s the same government. Same orders. I’m a bit apprehensive to go off on details. I can ill afford to lose my disability pension but yes, Desert Storm Syndrome was covered up as was PTSD in Vietnam.
Medical ethics rules, state laws, and the federal law known as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), generally require doctors and their staff to keep patients’ medical records confidential unless the patient allows the doctor’s office to disclose them.
If the patient has suffered some traumatic injury and cannot make medical decisions for themselves, the doctor may discuss the patient’s medical information with their next of kin. The family member will often need this information so they can make an informed decision about the next steps in medical treatment. If the patient has a living will or a healthcare power of attorney, the doctor may only discuss the patient’s condition with the people named in those documents.
Even in cases not involving traumatic injuries, HIPAA allows doctors to share patient information and records with other health care providers as necessary for their health and treatment. They may also discuss a patient’s condition with family, relatives, and friends that the patient identifies as being involved in their healthcare (unless the patient objects). However, health care providers generally can’t share personal medical information and records with providers who aren’t involved in the patient’s care, unless all personal identifiable information is removed.
But no where can I find, or have I seen any release of medical records or patient history to anyone that is not a relative. Only a doctor concerning care or a specified friend identified by the patient . And if the patient is capable to handle his/her care, everyone except doctoral care for the patient is taken out.
If she is going to make the statement, especially a public one, and not provide instances of proof, her information is heresay and means nothing. And that will handle the civilian part of the trial and make her information invalid as opinions are not automatically truth. But if she provides information of a patient’s health to someone else to back her claim, she is violating HIPAA.

Okay, then would you like to post your current medical information on this site? The doc, to prove her insinuation, which is inconsistent with a number of major medical facilities, is going to have to. And that you approve? This is why have laws.

The judge in the trial had nothing to do with it. The act of applying an opinion and later having to violate HIPAA and the orders of superior to prove it, is another case in itself and will need application of enforcement from a number of different law enforcement representatives.
I don’t write the laws as some are written poorly. I just made mention of one that was in a number of ways in a thread. I welcome anyone to show me a law or policy at the ruling level to prove my information and experience wrong. So far I haven’t had anyone do that here and I’ve displayed a number of laws and military regulations to show what can happen.

You still seem to fail to recognize the distinction between something being right, what she did, and being legal, which is up for debate at this point.
But the government has been known to make what is right illegal and what is wrong legal.
Her legal standing is irrelevant. People need to know the truth and telling that is always right.
