Yup, it is a real shame he wasn’t studied in school. He was brilliant a nonconformist and rebel too, guess they couldn’t have that in schools.

Interesting thing I just saw on the science channel’s What On Earth. There was a semi abandoned giant Tesla coil on a military site in Russia. Apparently Tesla, short on money, got $25,000 from the Russians so they could create the site. Russians used it to research how to harden their aircraft against lightening strikes.
Couple years before he died he was hit by a taxi which greatly affected his health and probably caused demise.
Couple days after he died the government went in and took all his work.
