Does Ramadan have a fixed date or does it fall different times of the years? Fasting during June in Alaska would be hell!

In a situation like that they would follow Mecca sunrise and sunset, adjusted for their time zone.

It falls at different times during the year. That’s because it is based on the lunar calendar not the solar calendar

Yeah, I'd stick to doing it in January if I were one of them. LOL! Head for Fairbanks. What? Nothing from 11am to 3pm? Well... okay, I guess.
