Gregory Yee, a hard-charging breaking news reporter for the Los Angeles Times, died unexpectedly Wednesday at the Hollywood bungalow where he lived. His family said the cause appeared to be complications from a respiratory issue. He was 33.

Colleagues said he enjoyed the adrenaline rush and constant novelty of breaking news, and studied the paper’s online analytics to gauge how much time readers were lingering on his stories.

Just read that a sixteen year old Las Vegas girl died playing girls flag football. She was experiencing chest problems, went to the bench to rest and died.

Yeah. I just wonder... when I was in high school, there were no significantly overweight kids playing varsity basketball. A few were stocky, but it was “muscle” stocky.
Today, some of these kids look (to me) like walking heart attacks any second now...

He didn’t have to look far just look up who was the first democrat elected there.
I’m sure his family is pleased that he lived a full and long life, passing away at the ripe old age of 33.
