Did he still have the breathing tube in when he asked who won the game?

“There is no definitive answer to what caused Hamlin’s cardiac arrest.”
No idea of what happened? Was there myocarditis?
Nah, the shots will finish him off sooner or later /S
The day after the incident, while all the media ‘experts” were proclaiming that Hamlin had died on the field and would not recover, Jo Pags had a cardiologist-epidemiologist on his radio show. The guest predicted Hamlin would recover. I was quite amazed at how bold this was since most of the non-experts predicted he was already clinically dead. The expert also said that the injuries were completely consistent with vaccine induced myocarditis along with an adrenalin surge caused by the tackle.
Hurray Let the games continue and get back to smashing each other senseless.
Saturday games this weekend I’m watching
This is very good news indeed.
Our prayers are being heard. 🙏
Amen to that! I don’t know this man but I am very happy to hear he’s survived!
Who is performing at the Superbowl halftime show this year? Haven’t heard.....
Wow.
When Big Med isn’t busy killing people it does extraordinary work.
Good news. Prayers answered. Thank You, Lord.
How an AED works [using as a reference:]
https://www.cprseattle.com/blog/how-and-why-an-aed-can-restore-a-regular-heart-rhythm
NOTES to SELF . . . almost all of the following, are EXCERPTS from the above ref.
CARDIAC ARREST:
“During sudden cardiac arrest, the heart stops beating normally.” [NOTE: That is different from “the heart stopped.”]
“The AED can eliminate the abnormal heart rhythm by depolarizing the entire electrical system of the heart.”
“This allows the heart to fully repolarize and recommence normal electrical function.”
“The shock needs to be of sufficient power to completely repolarize the cells, otherwise an irregular rhythm may continue.”
KINDS OF HEART RYTHMS THAT AN AED DEVICE MAY CORRECT:
Common: Ventricular Fibrillation. “When the normal heart rhythm becomes irregular, short, and fast - too short and fast to allow enough blood to circulate from the ventricles.”
Another form: “Ventricular Tachycardia (V-tach or VT). “The heart beats faster than normal, about 100 or more beats per minute, and the lower chambers are beating out of sync with the upper chambers.”
IF / WHEN THE HEART HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED
“A common misconception people may have is that defibrillators restart a heart that has completely stopped (called ‘flat lining”, or asystole). Once the heart has ceased creating electrical activity, a defibrillator will no longer be able to restore the regular rhythm.”
