CINCINNATI -- Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin was taken off the field in an ambulance after receiving treatment on the field for over 10 minutes, which resulted in the game between the Buffalo Bills and- Cincinnati Bengals being suspended until further notice Monday night.
Do you have a source for this? I read that he was sent to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Thank you!
How are you, Jane?
I would think that's the family's call. And if so, I can't say that's good news.
Thanks PJT.
This is my point. Thank you for being able to state this clearly.
Who says he DIDN’T die...and they brought him back?
It’s ALL speculation.
In this football week I might have gotten my cities crossed in this crisis moment.

Ugh. That bald dude on ESPN is absolutely terrible. Has been talking about why the game should have been cancelled for over an hour. He’s talked about nothing else. Ok, I’ve switched off of him and switched back and he just won’t talk about anything else.
Doing well, thanks.
Just staying busy with kids, and, chasing grands :-)
Still recovering from the hectic, but, wonderful holidays. Hope yours were blessed!
Fox News is actually doing a pretty good job of reporting on this.
:-(
Is it too early to start lining up organ recipients?
Oh yes. The paragon of virtue. You call me a liar. You then say my license should be jerked. And I am not being unprofessional. I am just educating people with a lot of opinion and no foundation. Sorry you are butt hurt by that.
Just let it roll off you shoulders.
Come back and debate another day.
Though I’ve been known to get in flame wars myself.
Usually not productive…
I’ve been following this intently since the moment it happened. While hoping for his full recovery, it’s been fascinating to watch the narrative unfold. During the broadcast, NONE of the announcers could string two sentences together other to say they had NEVER seen an injury like this and to pray for him. NONE commented that the hit/tackle was anything out of the ordinary - THIS IS WHY IT WAS SO SHOCKING. It was embarrassing how dumb these announcers sound when their handlers are not telling them what to say in their ear pieces. Now 2 hours later - as many of us have predicted - this routine play is being described as a “brutal” and “viscous” play.
I see some of your points. However when it comes to R on T it is not the ferociousness of the hit. It’s the timing. That being said there are lots of things professionals can comment on based on good videotape. Hell. A lot of primary care appointments are now virtual. This is a pretty classic look at R on T and could be used as an examination question. It is the best on the list of differential diagnosis. However there are other less likely things that still make the list.
AMEN!!!! AMEN!!!!...
Just told that very thing to my sisters who were watching.
The world has stopped and calling for prayer. Hmmmmmmm !!
What, who , are they “ praying to”??
Glad you are still doing good!!
Most do not survive CPR,,,that’s just a fact.
