Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre could return to the public eye next month as her gagging clause is lifted.
Ms Giuffre, who now lives in Australia, had alleged that she was forced to have sex with the Duke three times when she was 17 under the orders of the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
She launched her legal action against Andrew in August 2021, seeking unspecified damages for battery, including rape, and the infliction of emotional distress.
It was settled outside of court on February 15, 2022, for a reported £12 million, with £2 million thought to have been donated to her sex trafficking charity. The Duke did not admit wrongdoing and has consistently and vehemently denied the claims.
Here is the full text of the statement regarding the out of court settlement reached between the Duke of York and Virginia Giuffre. The statement was included in a letter submitted to US judge Lewis A Kaplan:
'Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew have reached an out of court settlement. The parties will file a stipulated dismissal upon Ms Giuffre's receipt of the settlement (the sum of which is not being disclosed). Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights.
'Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre's character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks. It is known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years.
'Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others. He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking,...'

Back in the day the age of consent was either 16 or 17 very few places had 18 as the age of consent. In England the aoc is 16 so that 18 thingy is not going to fly.
She just dropped her lawsuit against Dershowitz. Is she credible? We know from many other sources what Epstein was up to. But this girl is extremely litigious.
So, a man who went to Epstein’s rape island and hung out at his NY townhouse and is credibly accused of raping at least one underage woman, is not a problem but Megan Markle is? And the surrogate stuff is beyond stupid.

You do realize that predators often force their victims to pretend they're enjoying themselves in front of other people, right? And if it was all consensual then why the NDA? At this point I don't believe anything Prince Andrew or anyone else who was at Epstein Island has to say.
Want to bet she suicides herself real close to the date the gagging is finished.
