The only thing that one might take away from this is that it’s possible that in vitro was necessary because Barry wouldn’t do the real thing. Other than that this is all just Grist for the mill

Obama, a former lawyer, and hospital administrator, told ABC that after her miscarriage, “I felt like I failed because I didn’t know how common miscarriages were because we don’t talk about them.
Pretty sure a hospital administrator would be able to get the numbers on miscarriages. And if it's something you don't already know, your OB will 100% tell you when you have one so you don't feel so isolated/responsible!

Most people used to realize how common they were. There was a reason for the tradition of not announcing a pregnancy until after the first trimester...or so.
How did she become so educated with so little knowledge of basic human biology? This is right there with thinking yeast infections come from eating too much bread.
