Really like your theory! I think you nailed it. I don't recall seeing a better explanation (or any explanation at all).

The following portion of your post has indirectly been on my mind (quoting AMPU and putting the sentence fragment I'm pointing to in bold type):

If the Congress had stated an intent to be independent, they would likely be charged with treason. For this reason, I believe, Q said "The military is the only way" was the "biggest drop on pol". Here's an example:

The drop points to the return of America to a law abiding Constitutional republic. Our enemies would phrase, as the 1775 Congress well knew, the American citizens' desire for lawful freedom as an intent to crush the will of the people for the interests of a cabal.

 

Trump understood this well and has been careful, and so the Jan 6 committee had nothing to work with, and had to lie their way through kangaroo courts like some desolate 3rd world country dictators.

 

This is one of the reasons why, when I was enjoying Foldy's {FANTASTIC} meme collection and came across the following, I was in the tiny minority:

 

 

The military is the only way when all branches are captured. I don't know if we'll see them intervene or if it will be done behind the scenes, but I am 100% confident it will be done legally and in support of the Constitution and freedom itself.

 

President Trump is not giving up, nor are the military patriots who have fought, planned and lived for the days ahead wherein we become once again what our Founding Fathers intended - free peoples whose values and objectives are represented by their government by public servants. But anyone pubicly saying so will be framed, threatened, jailed etc.

 

We don't need patriots to tell us this in Tweets or Truths as Q told us already years ago, in drops.

 

I really doubt Flynn or Patel are on the Q team. Flynn can have clearance for classified information without 'needing' information that is militarily actionable. It would not exactly protect his safety if he had that kind of information; the Deep State would torture/kill for that kind of intel.

 

For this reason I don't know how much Flynn/Patel and others know. It's possible for them to know extensive classified information which we'd love to know about, given to them when needed, without their being on the 'inside' of the Q team. Fynn was former DIA and national security advisor - he knows useful 'things' and may function quite well in his area of expertise without adding Q team credentials to him.

 

There's just SO MUCH information for patriots to deal with; they can be very effective with whatever portion they DO know.

 

For this reason I wouldn't refute Q drops (military is the only way) with Flynn/Patel tweets ('the cavalry isn't coming') etc. We do keep pushing forward in the information war, and Flynn leads re-engagement with the voting process in advance of the days in the future, when voting is once again fair and reliable. So we are restoring and rehabilitating at the same time. We are not 'sitting and waiting' to be saved, but working to wake the masses and volunteering 'on the ground' when/where we can be most effective. We have to demonstrate a return to 'American engagement' in guiding the nation and it's conduct.

 

I don't see a clear 'need to know' (the whole plan) for either Patel/Flynn, or for that matter, many many others. 10% of the plan would be enough to keep someone busy! Only those sufficiently guarded who actually NEED to coordinate and conduct this world-wide warfare would 'need' full understanding.

 

If Biden had the nuclear football, it would be the same as China having the nuclear football. Life for us would be VERY different.

 

The fact that Trump is still alive to me means that the Marines are keeping him that way. The Plan is being implemented; the caged bird (Twitter) set free is but one tiny indication.

The battlefield landscape is changing dramatically with the exposures happening on a daily basis. If the plan was not in motion, this would not be happening. Musk in control of Twitter, red-pilling the masses; I would not have guess we'd close 2022 that way.

It must all be done inside the constitutional framework legally.

This takes time. “Very tricky business,” as Trump said.

I would’ve loved to see it all happen fast.

That said, things happen regularly that convince me the plan is moving forward step by step… including Twitter being set free to sing.

I watched several youtube videos over the past few days where Lon Brunson was interviewed. He mentioned that IF the Supreme Court does not act and does nothing (which he doubts will happen), then the military will step in. Should the Supreme Court not take action to correct this, then they too, are guilty of violating their oath and will be dealt with. The states control the National Guard.

What former President used the military to save the republic and what occurred exactly?

Because the tiny US standing Regular Army was collapsing due to defections of officers and enlisted troops to the South...

Lincoln called out the Militia. The modern day organized militia is the National Guard. The unorganized militia is the rest of the able bodied, armed citizens who may be formed into organized militia units.

I believe that the NG and its predecessor, the militias of the individual states, would have been considered "The military" by the Founding generation. Whether this means anything in the 21st Century or not remains to be seen. JMHO
