Such a thing would not work well. Not at all! There used to be a commercial in which the “gotcha” line was something such as “Do not mess with mother nature”. That goes double for trying to mess with God’s work which he did in creating our Universe. Just don’t do it!

What in the heck does, “9.6 million radio waves” even mean. The urinalists and their editors these days are pathetic. This could mean they send a 9.GHz frequency beam for 1 second and finished.
