That is conservative. In the more sane past years, simply being a tranny was considered mental illnees. Then again, if even 5 or 6 years ago, you would have predicted that the heads of major American medical schools would profess that men could get pregnant and that insurance companies would pay for men (actual genetic men, BTW) to have cervical cancer screning you would have been consdered mentally ill.

It would be 100%, since they all, by definition, have a mental illness, but some of us normies do too, so it drops the percentage a bit.
