The clerk places you on the voters roll if you are a citizen,you have to be 18 years old.Then you can constitutionally carry.

BUt where are all the shoot outs and chaos predicted by every blue state gun control crowd in the country? There are none in Vermont. There also are few to no car jackings, assaults, break and enter, or harassment.
