A Florida man accused in 2020 of attacking his parents, which killed his father and nearly killed his mother, has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.
Anthony Kaptzan was evaluated by doctors appointed by the prosecution and the defense. The doctors concluded that he was insane when he carried out the attacks in May 2020.
According to prosecutors, Kaptzan stabbed both his parents during an argument at the time. His father Alex was killed while his mother Ivette survived the attack.
Kaptzan’s defense planned to use the insanity argument during his trial until his recent insanity diagnosis. Tampa judge Mark Kiser signed off on the decision.

So, can we feed him to the hogs now?

Definitely crazy eyes.
So leftist democrats have free reign to murder whomever they want.
Affirmative sir.
I guess the orphan defense worked.
Years ago it was suggested a new verdict for such cases.
“GUILTY BUT INSANE.”
Film it. Bring in a cute bunny and tell the perp its pregnant and healthy.
The bunny is suspended over a blender and the defendant is told if he pushes the big red button a small motor will lower the bunny into the blender for a painful death of the bunny and her progeny. Otherwise the bunny will be safe.
If he presses the button, execute him, he has no conscience, no humanity.
If he doesn't press the button, ask him why. He'll say "Because that would be wrong". So he knows the difference between right and wrong. Execute him, he knows what he did was wrong.
Put the bunny back in her crate. BTW the button does nothing except light up for the film. Keep the procedure secret of course.
Next?
My bet? This guy presses the button:

Merry Christmas ;-)
;-)
Does that mean he will spend the rest of his life in a Psychiatric hospital or will an “Expert” in mental health turn him loose in a couple of years claiming him healed.
Better yet, “Guilty and insane.”
Now that he has been declared insane, kill him.
