Kane’s lawyer, Jason Mattioli, said police body camera footage showed her entering and exiting a vehicle without difficulty. He added that officers made her take the field sobriety test on a snow- and ice-covered parking lot in driving wind.

“Given the strength of the evidence we presented, I struggle to understand how the judge could find her not guilty,” he said via email.

Missed a sentence between the last two lines:

Lackawanna County District Attorney Mark Powell said he was disappointed in the judge’s decision.

Once again, the legal system taking care of its own.

Refusing a blood test results in license revocation regardless of guilt or innocence.

By her own admission, she's guilty.

Kane appeared in Montgomery County Court last May and admitted she violated her probation when she was arrested for drunken driving

field sobriety test on a snow- and ice-covered parking lot in driving wind.

Most attorneys recommend you decline 'field sobriety' tests. Most people will fail them, and its recorded and used as evidence against you and as a reason for the breathalyzer or blood test.

Could be a result of using an excellent, expensive drunk driving attorney. I remember reading about one attorney that won thousands of drunk driving cases in a row.

I feel like a douche saying it, but not guilty. Gives me the Veronica Hamel vibe.

I got a DUI back in 91. A year later a local Judge got a DUI in the same area so he had to use the same breathalyzer but got the case tossed by somehow getting the breathalyzer machine thrown out as inaccurate.
