That raccoon is best off being put down. Too much damage has occured. This might be a Meth matter. 20 years ago, I would have said PCP.

People are becoming unhinged, largely from the isolation of covid, the clot shots themselves, and basically the country about ready to fall apart and associated stressors from this, losing investments, jobs, homes, relationships, etc.
It would be a wise course of action to limit your exposure to others and if possible, live alone peaceably. The people that are most often others demise are ones you live with and family. IE the ones that can touch you and/or have a lot of info on you.
Where I live it is illegal to have a pet racoon.
