It’s the smart move. DirecTV is is dying. They’ve lost half their subscribers in the last 7 years. And they probably couldn’t afford what Google is paying. Sure some of the streamers are having issues, YouTubeTV is climbing. If you can hop from somebody going down to somebody going up, and get paid more, that’s the right move.
