BEIJING, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Dozens of hearses queued outside a Beijing crematorium on Wednesday, even as China reported no new COVID-19 deaths in its growing outbreak, sparking criticism of its virus accounting as the capital braces for a surge of severe cases....
...At a crematorium in Beijing's Tongzhou district on Wednesday, a Reuters witness saw a queue of around 40 hearses waiting to enter, while the parking lot was full....
...The National Health Commission said on Tuesday only people whose death is caused by pneumonia and respiratory failure after contracting the virus are classified as COVID deaths.
Benjamin Mazer, an assistant professor of pathology at Johns Hopkins University, said that classification would miss "a lot of cases,"...Blood clots, heart problems and sepsis - an extreme body response to infection - have caused countless deaths among COVID patients around the world...."It doesn't make sense to apply this sort of March 2020 mindset where it's only COVID pneumonia that can kill you..."

How many boxes of ashes, can each hearse carry?
Chinese people are a fearful bunch. Not including the hero protesters.
from the Sun UK, 20-day delay for cremation:
Despite the official figures, even accounts in tightly controlled official media are now saying 50,000 people are reporting symptoms in one city, Guangzhou, alone.

Hmmmm. If there are 20+ million people in Beijing, wouldn’t the town’s mortuaries be fairly busy, pretty much like every day? I mean, just from regular old Chinese people dying of natural causes, old-age diseases, heart attacks etc. that have noting to do with covid-19>
The annual death rate for all of China was about 7 deaths for 1,000 people since the 1980’s. So if my math is correct, 21 million in Beijing is 147,000 a year, or about 400 people a day.
On the historical chart I was looking at, the death rate in the 1950’s was 21 deaths per 1,000.
Oh - the current death rate (U.N. estimates) is 7.6/1,000. Estimated to be 13/1,000 in the year 2050.
400/day spread over a dozen crematoriums in the city of Beijing, is about 33 per. Then count the chambers/chimneys for capacity (3 to 6 each), times 1.5 hours processing time for each deceased = capacity/hours of operating. There’s also workers/drivers who are calling in sick same as 2 years ago which would slow things down, too, according to this article tht also claims “two veteran state media journalists had died...”
“There’s also workers/drivers who are calling in sick...”
That might be the biggest cause of the backlog. Perhaps due to Covid, or perhaps the lack of workers we see in the USA is a world-wide thing.
Was at the store the other day and lots of empty shelves. Asked the person about the shortage of products.
Turns out it wasn’t a lack of stuff, but the entire loading dock crew quit. The trucks would show up, but nobody to unload them!
found this extract on a search: “This type of crematorium can cremate a corpse every 30 minutes, the fastest can process nearly 50 corpses in 24 hours, in Beijing there are 12 funeral homes and about 90 crematoriums. If fully activated, 4,000 corpses can be disposed of every 24 hours.”

I counted 14 funeral homes on a map but not sure if all funeral homes have crematoriums as part of their facilities. Also, does the vietnam article mean 90 chambers not 90 separate facilities? I’m guessing chambers.
Fear porn, it’s the flu.
Fake and Gay
I got sucked into several of the videos from China at the beginning of Covid. People falling dead while walking on the street, etc.
I imagine they were put out there to keep the Chinese population in control, and to put fear in other nations.
It makes total sense if people’s immune systems have been compromised by vaccine induced ADE, Which is what we’ve warned folks about since 2020…
A most amusing headline. Hearses line up but China reports "no new COVID deaths." This is a variant in the daily stratagem of "who are you gonna believe, me or your lyin' eyes."
Problem for the headline writer. The ways for us to tell include official sources, so either the official sources are wrong or Reuters is part of the fear machine.
As of this 21st day of December, Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center says "16,506" dead. Over three years, by the way.
Reuters published another fiction. And an admission, with "China uses a narrow definition of COVID deaths...."
There it is. The fear-mongers want a broad definition, demonstrably. Fear! Fear! Fear! And so lock down! Lock down! Lock down! Get jabbed and jabbed and jabbed! Because Reuters says so?
People in China have bad lungs from smoking and air pollution. Bad lungs + Covid = death
At the bottom of the relatively short aritcle one reads: "Reporting by Thomas Peter, Alessandro Diviggiano, Albee Zhang, Bernard Orr, Martin Pollard, Eduardo Baptista, Joe Cash and Ryan Woo in Beijing, Casey Hall in Shanghai, Julie Steenhuysen in Chicago and Chen Lin in Singapore; Writing by Marius Zaharia; Editing by Lincoln Feast, Robert Birsel"
It took fourteen Reuters employees to create this WHO-WEF bilge. And they all want their credit....
Who’s to say the deceased are actually dissidents to the CCP?
Claiming they succumbed to Covid-19 is a convenient method of disposing of them.
Did they get the clot shot?
Their media has the same goals as ours.
Great point!
