Runbeck is the key.
The people need to see their contract, the reasoning behind letting the contract (meeting notes) and the political contribution records of (at least) the administrative and executive staff.
I think it went slightly different.
To wit:
19 inch image-ballots were fed through tabulators and rejected.
This forces election workers to have to duplicate the voter’s selections onto new ballots (20-inch images).
Ain’t nobody got time fo that. I gots azzma!
Voter selections were then [duplicated*] onto 20 inch ballots using imaging technology at Runbeck.
Drawer 3+?
* duplicated or re-marked? Runbeck may have had a preselected image ready.
Runbeck had the official ballot image.
Runbeck had the watermarked ballot paper.
Runbeck had complete, unsupervised control of the “spoiled” ballots (no chain-of-custody).
IMO, Runbeck PRINTED the original “19=20” ballots knowingly.
So, the investigation should move to “who had the motive, opportunity and ability” to have Runbeck do this?
This must be done carefully otherwise, Runbeck takes the fall and no one in the Election Supervision community is held accountable.
IOW, we can’t just let Runbeck fess-up and make it all disappear.
Notice that some of the prominent invitees to the court proceedings were unable to appear in person (Hobbs, the Maricopa guy who Zoom-called in from Panama, probably a long list of Maricopa culprits).
I'd be okay if some SpecOps guys quietly visited that long list of no-shows with sternly-worded messages and injectables.
In unrelated news, a Seal Team 1 commander woke up dead recently in San Diego. House-cleaning perhaps?

RUNBECK DIG
I had no idea what Runbeck was. I decided to get out the old shovels and do a dig. I sought to truncate and shorten where I could. I included links to the stories I looked at. I got an idea of what it is, and I hope what I found is helpful.
I’m doing as I did the Qanteen Christmas Qanticle story; I’ll post the first part on the active thread, and the rest of it as parts on a Festival. Then I’ll put links to all five parts on the active thread.
I think I’m only scratching the surface. There is probably much more to be found, but I just wanted an overview.

Director of Elections, Maricopa County Elections
[I’m wondering: Is this the guy who is accountable for choosing and giving the directives to runback? Why is he so prominently featured on their website if he isn’t???]

Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q
I have been referencing Runbeck and other printers for close to a year. Finally, they are getting their due.
No question that most anything the cabal wanted in ballot cheating could be done only six miles away at Runbeck Election Services with their million dollar machines that Maricopa county refused to buy and do the job themselves. Runbeck plays fast and loose with the ballots and then delivers them by van any ol time.
Don't forget the post office is in on it as well. After al the unions have to engage in a little payback for the huge salaries they get. The Post Office delivered ballots mailed in by voters directly to Runbeck not to the processing center.
It's all a well oiled machine that we should have caught years ago and didn't.
The bigger question is how many times is this exact scenario duplicated across the country? Hard to imagine that Maricopa is the only place this happens.
