***I’ve heard curcumin (a good absorbable grade) is good for helping arthritis*** Niacin, too. It's a vacuum cleaner for inflammation. 1.5g, once or twice a day, 20 minutes after a meal. Details here.

It is well to remember that such high doses of niacin can cause an extensive 'flushing' sensation. Perhaps the meal would help ameliorate that.
Nicotinamide is recommended as a treatment for niacin deficiency because it can be administered in remedial amounts without causing the flushing, considered an adverse effect. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niacin Could nicotinamide be substituted for the niacin in treating pain?

Hi AZ-
wondering if you have ever used curcumin to reduce inflammation and if yes does that mean that you think niacin may/does work better?
