Curcumin is commonly used along with turmeric to treat back pain, especially lower back pain.
There are numerous claims for pain management connected to Relief Factor; the ads claim about 70% satisfaction. I personally have not tried it because it contains an extract of barberry, a member of the berberis family. Normally berberis derivatives wreak havoc on my bowels, so, like a coward, I have never tried Relief Factor. 🤔🤷♂️
Oh wow! I know curcumin by itself can be helpful.(I have used it for chronic pain.) However, if you know berberine messes up your tummy, you are not a coward to stay away from it but wise!
