I had not previously heard of it and I found the mention remarkable, simply because it proves that not everyone was shocked by lockdowns. They were not part of official planning documents of either the CDC or WHO but they were clearly in the plans of someone.

They tried to pin it on a guy named Hatfill but he was provably straight and it cost the gummint 12 million$ to settle his damages. That’s when they started moving the risky/dirty research overseas. The “work” was military when it started and has been ever since. And they never did admit what the Detrick screwup was.

And this is part of how the Ukes got so dirty. Remember those pics of Obozo touring one lab in Ukraine?. Then go figger why the US Mil is so bleeping adamant about clotshotting all the troops? They have to do it to justify all the money they spent on the underhanded/dirty research——never mind if we lose a large percentage of GI’s over it.
