I grew up in western PA. Bedford County is a nice area, but unfortunately, like much of northern Appalachia, meth and other drugs have spread into even the more bucolic and rural parts. Not that that’s what happened here, just trying to paint a picture of the area for those not familiar with it.

I read the article and it said that Hall was arrested in the spring of 2022, but the booking picture is not the same guy as the guy that was shot.
As usual, the "reporting" is shoddy and half-assed {at best}.
You can not take any story at face value.
This maybe what it seems like, but I'll wait.
