Rain and snow likely before 9am, then snow. Patchy blowing snow after noon. Temperature falling to around 2 by 5pm. Wind chill values as low as -20. Breezy, with a west wind 7 to 12 mph becoming northwest 17 to 22 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 37 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Thursday Night
Patchy blowing snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around -6. Wind chill values as low as -30. Blustery, with a northwest wind 22 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 39 mph.

We’re looking at 50 MPH winds for Southern Wisconsin - I guess they slow down some once they head your way! ;)

Bitterly cold - this afternoon we fluffed up a few dog boxes and everyone has fresh water and they’ll be getting a warm supper tonight. The steer & the mule, too! :)

Then we’re ALL hunkering in for a few days. Ugh. At least our snow totals are going to be lower than predicted. I can live with that.
