J6 committee to recommend charges against Trump:
18 U.S.C. 2383, insurrection; 18 U.S.C. 1512(c), obstruction of an official proceeding; and 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States government
To justify incitement of insurrection, the report references U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta’s February ruling saying Trump’s language plausibly incited violence on Jan. 6, 2021, when a mob of his supporters besieged the Capitol in a bid to disrupt congressional certification of his loss to Joe Biden. The report also cites the Senate’s 57 votes in last year’s impeachment trial, Trump’s second, to convict him on an “incitement of insurrection” charge passed by the House.
The select panel’s report also notes that, in order to violate the insurrection statute, Trump did not need an express agreement with rioters — but rather, simply needed to provide “aid or comfort” to them.
A select committee spokesperson declined to comment.

I think the TDS and Trump hatred is just a cover. It really doesn’t make any sense when you pull back and think about it. It’s just what we say to avoid reality. The hard to face reality that almost everyone in DC are criminals that are robbing us blind and would have no problem shiving us and our kids and stealing all our wealth and burying us all in a ditch.
Its hard to come to terms with that. If we do, then we need to have an adult conversation about what we’re going to do about it. We have to figure out what to do if our general falls in battle. That’s really really hard.
It’s much easier to make excuses - Mean tweets - Funny hair - Basketball cards - and just kick the can down the road, pretending not to see the problem.

LMAO. Donald Trump is a man of connections. A man of strategy. He does not alienate people. Keeps them close. Rush talked about this extensively before he died.

As regards this “Davos” issue, I think I’ll decide on the merits of what Trump actually DID, rather than anyone’s innuendo:
— Withdrew from the climate change pact
— Emphasized the sovereignty of Israel by, among other things, moving the embassy to Jerusalem
— Did his best to protect our sovereign borders
— Attain energy independence by bringing barrels and barrels of nasty oil to the surface (and selling it abroad)

All of those things drive Klaus and the globalist Davos crowd insane! As does the very concept of Make America Great Again.

They need a conviction to argue against why he shouldn’t be allowed to run for President.
