J6 committee to recommend charges against Trump:
18 U.S.C. 2383, insurrection; 18 U.S.C. 1512(c), obstruction of an official proceeding; and 18 U.S.C. 371, conspiracy to defraud the United States government
To justify incitement of insurrection, the report references U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta’s February ruling saying Trump’s language plausibly incited violence on Jan. 6, 2021, when a mob of his supporters besieged the Capitol in a bid to disrupt congressional certification of his loss to Joe Biden. The report also cites the Senate’s 57 votes in last year’s impeachment trial, Trump’s second, to convict him on an “incitement of insurrection” charge passed by the House.
The select panel’s report also notes that, in order to violate the insurrection statute, Trump did not need an express agreement with rioters — but rather, simply needed to provide “aid or comfort” to them.
A select committee spokesperson declined to comment.

There was no reality that could exist without this “committee” doing this. It was intended to do just as it has done.
OK, but in what way did he provide aid and comfort? In the speech on January 6th President Trump said, “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

P2 recommends charges of Sedition and Obstruction of Justice for all of the Jan6 “Committee” and staff.
They can’t get one, so..., Congress should pass a bill to attaint him and corrupt his blood. Attaint his whole family and pass a bill of pains and penalties against his other relatives!

The committee needs to receive a big shipment of bananas with cameras running to record the passing of the republic.
No one fears Trump. He EO’d the groundwork for the WEF, is listed as a WEF Agenda Contributor. The party is a mess, a joke, a laughing stock. Folks are fleeing it. We are already dead, we just don’t know it.
