No,sorry...I'm not gonna take the same attitude that I suspect that some Freepers will have here. There's no way that you can hold a 10 year old responsible...in the same way or to the same degree...as you would a 40 year old,or a 20 year old,or maybe even a 16 year old.

Is this kid disturbed...deeply disturbed? You betcha! Might he turn out at 20 to be a psychopath? Yes,that's possible. But for now he should be ordered to undergo serious psych treatment...probably in a secure facility.

According to the criminal complaint, Quiana Mann's son shot her because she wouldn't allow him to order something on Amazon and also woke him up earlier than usual.

In the criminal complaint, the boy said he took his mom's keys and got her gun from the lock box and then went into the basement where she was doing laundry and fired at the wall.

Investigators said a day after Mann died, her son ordered a virtual reality headset from her Amazon account.

The boy's father was also on the virtual hearing, but only identified himself as the boy's father and made no other comment.
