You obviously know zip about the design aspects of the wall SYSTEM. The physical wall was intended to be backed by automated surveillance and rapid response active enforcement. Unfortunately, due to actions BY THE DEMOCRATS, those aspects were never completed. That is hardly Trump's fault. He did more for border security than any other president to date.
