Not sure exactly where I read it Cletus, but I think I was following a link from Noah news. Apparently the Canary Message has been removed from Truth Social. If I understand correctly, the Canary Message says that the content is not subject to inspection by outside forces. The removal of it is a tacit indicator that the content is now under inspection/coercion.
If it is important to you, I’ll see if I can track down the link to that info.

Conclusion & Caveat
This crucial declaration is actually an extremely important notification. It has been released for the benefit of each and every attorney in the USA working on the “Trump v. Biden” case. While most of those state lawsuits focus on the minutiae of Biden's election theft, it's critical that the President's lawyers not lose site of the big picture presented here.
While it is essential to ferret out the facts of the Democrat's election crime spree across the country to legally prove fraud, at the end of the day, all that matters is that “fraud vitiates everything”. Everything else is a distraction.
In other words, once any or all those intentional frauds have been proven in court, whether by judge or jury, the so-called Biden victory will be vacated for all time. Once the Democrat's nationwide criminal enterprise has been established via successful lawsuits — even by ONE litigation — Donald Trump ineluctably wins the 2020 POTUS election.
The U.S. Supreme Court has set a loud and clear precedent ruling that “fraud vitiates everything”. The President's attorneys and all involved law firms need to be acutely aware of this SCOTUS decision that was handed down in the landmark case UNITED STATES v. That announcement ought to create some blowback. Maybe Musk will create another poll asking if he should stay on after all. It looks to me like he’s just playing with the left and having some fun. I’m having fun watching it.
While I did not want to read the ruling- I did and would agree with your conclusion.
There must be a far better case to use as an example for “fraud vitiates everything” because the court more or less says so in its ruling.
The plaintiff attempted to move the court in this case, to their favor by using this “ancient” maxim, however- the court maintained that there were several avenues for redress in the legal system other than claiming solely or primarily that fraud vitiates everything.
At least that is the way I read the ruling.
So- YES, fraud does vitiate everything.
This smells like someone on the left planted this story to get everyone on board with Throckmorton as the Holy Grail, and then mow everyone down by revealing the actual outcome of Throckmorton, which was unsuccessful for the plaintiff because they relied primarily on fraud vitiates everything.
