Sorry, but this sounds like a clear case of self-defense to me. Keltner assaulted him first, in the middle of a riot, and was responded to.

Except the shooter was breaking the law as an unlicensed security guard for NBC. He wasn't just a citizen who was armed to protect himself. He was hired to bring a gun to a riot without being licensed to do so.

But to cut the deceased some slack, I suppose seeing all that violence being done by others with no repercussions he just figured he could do it too. He found out he couldn’t. The victim was a Trump supporter, so in the minds of many, he was a threat who deserved to be eliminated. If the shooter had been a Trump supporter and the victim an Antifa or BLM goon, you can bet that the shooter would have been tried, convicted, and sentenced long ago.

That leaves the family one alternative. The DA probably just created more violence. The news hired an antifa guy for security. It was outright murder on videotape.

Educate yourself and watch the video. It was nowhere close to self defense. It was out right murder of a minister at a safe distance. The protester was a minister protesting the blm antifa crowd. He was attacked and pushed them away from him with bare minimum Force and backed off. This antifa security guy draws a pistol and shoots the older unarmed man in the face.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. The protester was a minister on our side. Quietly counter protesting the BLM antifa riots. It wasn’t to get a camera out of his face. The security guard ran up and tried to grab the pepper spray off of his belt. He shoved him back, the security guard set up about 10 feet away and put a bullet in his face. The so-called security guard started the physical assault by running up to our guy and trying to grab his bear spray away from his belt. It’s all on video tape slow motion frame by frame. Not even close to self-defense.

Yes and so many multiples of rimes it happened the other way and no conservative shot the slapping leftists (that I recall).

The first is self defense and the second is manslaughter even murder.

And 1 more thing that no one has talked about. Why did he shoot him between the eyes…in the face? If I was afraid for my life I would shoot in the center mass, aim for the chest as it’s the easiest target. But If I really HATED someone (and maybe was high on METH) if I was really PISSED OFF where would I shoot?? Right in their face it’s the most personal spot on a victim.

They were at a distance filming. Antifa was furious that locals were successfully identifying them. They attacked the preacher. The preacher had nothing but bear spray. Am=n antifa “security guard” hired by 9 news was there. He ran up and tried to grab the victim’s pepper spray away. He was able to shove him away with a sort of push/slap at his head, knocking his glasses askew.
In anger he stepped back about 8 to ten feet, locked up and fired a shot hitting him in the eye and killing him instantly. As that murderer drew his weapon, the victim drew his pepper spray in a vain attempt to deter him. The photo shows the pistol was already out of battery and a casing was in the air.

He murdered him in cold blood. The original video has vanished. It shows all of this clear as day, from the side. They are hiding it and I’m still searching.

The idiot grabber at the minister’s pepper spray. Minister shoved him back and was trying to back away from him. Enraged, the killer drew his pistol and instantly shot the unarmed man as he was backing away.

I’d shoot *anyone* who slapped and aimed bear spray at me; even if I 100 percent agreed with what they were protesting.

Attacking another human first deserves a bullet in the brain, maybe with the sole exception of defending or avenging a family member.
