New Orleans, Louisiana – A man who fatally stabbed his Uber driver on Thursday posted video of the victim dying in her car to Facebook.
Brandon Jacobs, 29, was charged with second-degree murder for fatally stabbing Yolanda Dillion, 54.
Yolanda Dillion, a breast cancer survivor, was a fiscal analyst at the New Orleans Police Department and worked as an Uber driver on the side for extra cash.
Brandon Jacobs told police he woke up in the morning and decided he was going to kill someone.

A breast cancer survivor herself, Dillion was also her elderly’s mother’s only child and caretaker and was also attending classes to get her PhD in sociology when not working for the police department.

Ride-hail drivers (Lyft and Uber) as well as standard taxi drivers are taking a risk when picking up a customer. What safety measures do these companies have in place for their drivers?
I hope someone is able to take care of this poor woman’s mother.

There should be no trial. Maybe an appearance to tidy up the paperwork. The POS posted all of the evidence needed to convict. Rap the gavel and drag his ass out back and shoot him in the face until he quits twitching.
