I admit I don’t know that much about how the British people feel toward Harry.
The British tabloids are not my favorite reading material, even though now NYC now has its very own.
she is feeding his feeling that The Firm killed his mother..even if it was indirectly...but he probably thinks directly.
This is an all out assault on his family.

I was at the event last night, talked to press, Some of the SS Squad and more! here is my story:

ETA: If you don’t believe me that’s fine. I have evidence but, I also have to protect myself. Read between the lines.
I have never posted on reddit before so I am sorry for any mistakes. I also have to be very vague in some spots because I don’t want to identify myself.
I got to the event in NYC last night at 5pm (not very busy maybe 3 actual real press and 4 paid paparazzi). I knew that 4 of them were paid because I saw backgrid identification, and I have great hearing. I heard them on the phone talking to someone who was informing them on which entrance the duo would enter from. And that they did not want to be pictured leaving ( this is very important for later).
I talked to some SS members one of which happily showed me a paystub from one of the shell companies H&M used for payment. A man named Noel Phillips who does some pro Sussex British media was there and is claiming that while W&C were in Jamaica he broke the story about people not liking them and that he was communicating to the Jamaican government when the late Queen contacted his boss directly and told him to back off.
When H&M arrived (50 minutes late) there were some cheers from the crowd but, I mostly heard boos, someone calling him a traitor and a couple of people asking where his Nazi uniform was. I was told that at the Queens funeral KC3 told H that here is a lump some of money take it and go overseas forever or come back alone in 2023. AFTER the event I saw them leave and 2 girls were telling them happy holidays. I was opposite them and saw them get into the car. When there are no cameras around they are like strangers. If I didn’t know they were married I would have thought that they have never met.
this story is interesting. I havent seen any pictures of them leaving. First question is why didnt they want to be seen leaving. maybe because they wouldnt look as good in pictures. But more than that..if they were truly hounded by paparazzi as they claim photographers would seem to stake them out

The Brits can trash Harry all they want to. They have freedom of the press there too. Trashing is what tabloids do.
I just hate to see our own press becoming so sensationalist and gossipy. British-style tabloids appeal to everyone's worst instincts: hatred and the neurotic desire to feel superior to others.
You can respect Britain and the monarchy without this kind of malignant, gossipy poison. Some might consider me a borderline anglophile. I play this whenever I feel weak. Of course there's a new version now but the rendition is not as grand.
It isn’t just the tabloids. It’s all over mainstream news in Britain and Australia. This couple have seriously insulted their families and the people and their values, and as others have suggested, they seem to want to bring the whole thing down.
They are also insulting US as Americans.
It’s disgraceful, to put it mildly. Meghan thought she would be the new Diana. Ha. Not that I was ever a big Diana fan, and she certainly had her faults, but Meghan is light years away from being a Diana. She keeps trying, though, and making a fool of herself. Oh, my catty side is showing. Time for me to stop.

But then what happened next was right before his big debut of his “movie” he drops the pic of him looking like Sailors are saluting him. (versus what really happened). As someone pointed out..he could have gone anywhere . Why not DC and Arlington?
