I used to be on that schedule.

My day starts at 3 and I’m retired.

I have to be at work at 6am, so I’m up at four.

On my days off, I’m up at four.

Even while on vacation, I’m up at four.

Of course, I got to bed between 7 and 8 pm. I once stayed up till near ten. I don’t know what I was thinking. But I was up at four the next morning.
