White House: Government is ‘Paying Attention’ to Changes Made to Twitter by Elon Musk
American Greatness ^ | 1 Dec, 2022 | Eric Lendrum

On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre revealed that the Biden Administration is “paying attention” to any “reporting” concerning pro-Free Speech changes that Elon Musk makes to Twitter under his ownership.

As reported by the New York Post, Pierre had previously said on Monday that the government is “keeping an eye on” Twitter as Musk fulfills his promises to make the platform more transparent, which has led to Musk revealing shocking new reports about the true extent of Twitter’s liberal bias, censorship, and election interference.

In response, Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked Pierre why the Biden White House remains on Twitter despite their criticisms of Musk’s changes.

“You’re saying that you’re keeping an eye on Twitter because it might not be a suitable platform,” Doocy pointed out. “So why use it?”

“[Biden] has always said, and he has been very clear in his belief, that it is important for social media platforms to continue to take steps to reduce hate speech and misinformation,” she replied. “And we’ll continue to say that. But media platforms make independent choices about the information that they present. I don’t have anything to share on any policy or any changes that we will be making.”

When Doocy pressed her on the possibility of government action against Twitter, Pierre pointed to the opinions of multiple far-left groups who have also criticized the new Twitter, including the “NAACP, the Anti-Defamation League and public health leaders [that] have been very vocal about their concerns as well.”

Other liberal government entities across the world have criticized or threatened Musk over his changes to Twitter, including the European Union (EU). Thierry Breton, the EU’s commissioner for digital policy, ordered Musk to implement more “protective” measures regarding so-called “misinformation” and “hate speech,” or else face a possible fine or even ban on Twitter from the continent.

In response, Musk said that “there is still huge work ahead” regarding the reforms he has in mind, and that he intends for Twitter to “implement transparent user policies, significantly reinforce content moderation and protect freedom of speech, tackle disinformation with resolve, and limit targeted advertising.”

After a lengthy corporate battle that nearly became a legal dispute, Musk successfully acquired Twitter in October. After firing the CEO, other top executives, and thousands of employees, Musk has begun implementing major changes, including the reversal of tens of thousands of bans of conservative accounts, and ending the platform’s controversial “misinformation policy” regarding COVID-19.

I don’t think the “WH” gives a rat’s butt if watching is a two way street.

Biden Administration is “paying attention” has to be the biggest joke statement of the day. How many times in the past month or so has this Administration had to “Walk Back” something STUPID that Joey has said. If they were paying attention, they would never let Joey talk in the first place.

Paying Attention???? Seriously??? Didn’t one of Joey’s senior execs get busted for stealing some woman’s luggage? The FREAK must have been eyeing up her outfits. Similar to the FREAKS in the FBI on the Melania Trump Panty Raid. Biden Administration is full of FREAKS, PERVERTS and PEDOPHILES and they don’t care who is watching.

They can’t stand a challenge to their Newspeak.

Or their grip on Blacks, or the media, or K-12, or higher education, or everything else they use to subvert independent thought.

If government wants Twitter to reduce disinformation, they should require Twitter to permanently suspend the White House account.

Who's kidding whom?

The WH is a basket of dementos. They can't pay attention to their own shoelaces, let alone Musk.

Musk has the upper hand but he needs to take advantage of this timing right now to release the documents outlining the criminal conspiracy to restrict commercial usage of the platform by Turkey Face and Yoel and the calls/visits to and from the White Hospice. You let this slip into the holidays and the 118th will be the news afterwards.

The government does not have the right to monitor news organizations or social media. But it did and does. It has colluded with news and social media to identify dissenters and to suppress their thoughts and words.
