You had the choice to not badmouth a dead person that was abused as a child,
and you chose otherwise.
Mentally ill people often don’t have the choice, thus mentally ill.
Luckily your crap doesn’t stink, so you’re all good.
Having an opinion is not the problem. Knowing when to give it, or not, in an otherwise attempt to be civil is the problem.

Alcoholism can cause mental and emotional illness, and plenty of mentally/emotionally ill people choose to be alcohols and do drugs. Nobody twisted their arms to do either substance. They aren't victims. They are willing participants.
