Is it possible to open door in flight?
Apologies, hit post instead of edit to put para breaks in
Another Africanized female needs a tranquilizer dart.
Wow!
Who knew that Julie Green flew Southwest?
Before it is pressurized, yes. But still not a good idea to try.
From what I’ve read - the cabin pressure won’t allow the door to be opened.
Jesus may have told her to do it, but I doubt He gave her the strength to open the door, which requires several tons of force to push out.
“Once airborne, a pressurized aircraft’s doors can not be opened. This is true for pilots, flight attendants, and passengers. Why? For the simple reason that cabin pressure won’t allow it.”

It would still scare the hell outta me though.
“at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas”
The DUMBEST thing we ever did in aviation was to let cities run airports, and name airports.
.... then why even have the door if you can’t open it? That’s what doors are for - to open! /s
“When an other passenger intervened, Agbegninou bit them on the thigh and refused to disengage until her jaw was opened, Click2Houston reported. That victim, who was not identified in the complaint, was suffering from PTSD after the attack and treated with antibiotics in hospital.”

From the Business Insider article:
Explosive decompression happens infrequently, but it does happen. A rip in the plane wall, a window cracks, it doesn’t matter the cause.
___
Speaking of a loss of pressurized air there was the 1999 plane crash involving Payne Stewart
>>Early in the flight, the aircraft, which was climbing to its assigned altitude on autopilot, lost cabin pressure, and all six on board were incapacitated by hypoxia, a lack of oxygen in the brain and body.
(Wikipedia...plane eventually ran out of fuel and crashed)

Yes, thankfully the design of the doors, which have a beveled edge, must be pulled inward before they can be opened. So, at altitude, the pressurized cabin makes it impossible to overcome the air pressure pushing outward on the door.
Agbegninou has since claimed it was the first time she had flown in a while, and traveled without her husband.
She claimed in court documents that she was ‘very anxious’ at the time of her episode, and ‘would not normally have done these things.’

Well, that’s nice to know she wouldn’t normally go berserk and bite people and attempt to exit a passenger plane while flying.
I’m sure slick willie and canckles have figured out a way to get a kickback off of that.......it IS how they roll after all.
Scanning Twitter, I’m not the only one surprised to find out there’s a Bill And Hillary Clinton Airport. One tweet said it was formerly Little Rock Municipal Airport.
I got a religious nut went insane from the story.
