Yes, thankfully the design of the doors, which have a beveled edge, must be pulled inward before they can be opened. So, at altitude, the pressurized cabin makes it impossible to overcome the air pressure pushing outward on the door.

The cabin is pressurized so it’s forcing the door outward. The outside wind pressure and the locks hold the door closed.
