Many states send ballots to everyone;

Seven states mas mail ballots to everyone on the voter roles. (CA, CO, HI, NV, OR, UT, WA) Four of them are not exactly swing states.

Conservatives need to educate themselves before they spout of stupid claims. There's more than one problem but it varies by state.

Here's ballot harvesting stats

• 25 states and D.C. allow someone chosen by the voter to return their ballot.
• 11 states specify who may return ballots on behalf of voters. Many of these laws specify that household members, caregivers, and/or family members may return ballots.
• 1 state specifies that only the voter may return their mail ballot.(Alabama)
• 13 states do not have laws specifying whether someone may return ballots on behalf of voters.
• 9 states name specific groups of individuals who may not return mail ballots
• 12 states place limits on how many ballots a person may return on others’ behalf or on how many voters for whom one may return ballots.
• 7 states and D.C. only allow another person to return a voter’s ballot if that voter meets specific criteria, such as having a disability or qualifying for an emergency ballot.
• 7 states mass mail out ballots to everyone on the voter rolls which may or may not be clean

County election managers change the zip code of 31,000 voters on September 3. Ballots go out that week. Those 31,000 are undeliverable. Someone collects those valid ballots. On September 15th, those addresses are quietly changed back.

They are not 'valid ballots' until they are filled out and the signature on the outer security envelope is accepted by the elections people.

So you have someone to collect ballots returned as undeliverable.

Then you have someone fill out the ballots and forge a voter signature.

Then you have someone drop off those forged ballots to an unmonitored ballot drop box.

Then you have to get an election worker to accept the forged signature as matching the signature on file for the named voter on the ballot.

That's a lot of people involved in a conspiracy to defraud, and eventually someone is going to crack.

So, in essence, the Democrats have the ballots of all those registered voters who rarely, if ever, vote in their back pocket ready to fill out and deliver. Unless those voters (who generally don’t care about the elections) check and dispute the ballots be filled out for them, it becomes a near perfect scam. Actual, legitimate ballots, illegitimately completed and put into the system and virtually untraceable.

It is far easier than all that. At the centralized counting center (Chester for Delco, PA) one guy puts the mail in ballots from Yeadon, Chester, Radnor thru twice. = 25K more mail in votes than actual mail in voters. Add the same for Montco. same result. Add 100k for philly. You can download the voter roles from the SURE system and verify this yourself. Frank Ryan already audited the 2020 with these results. Auditor general of PA already audited the SURE system documenting: No cooperation order by Bookvar to the Auditor General staff, No accurate updating of the SURE system after any election.

The solution being adopted here in PA by the GOP commies is for everyone to use the mail in ballot system. That way you get two or three votes per ballot returned. Except they will only target the dem districts for the double counting.
