Yay! Gotta love taters!

I’ve come to the conclusion there is no one-size-fits-all diet. We each have a unique body, particular metabolism, health concerns, and these also change with stage of life.

Not for diabetics. No French fries, mashed, chips, baked, or steak fries. The starch & carbs send the BSL (Blood Sugar Level) soaring.
