I would not be surprised at all if Google is already working to modify the China Social Credit System for us.
The switch to CBDCs and in countries that have Socialized Medicine, it’s doubly bad, it’s not a stretch that people’s funds will limit what food you can buy, what you can drink, etc., all under the guise of “the social good”,
Up north Trudeau has already frozen financial access for insisting that one’s body is their own as I recollect.
Sorry Stacey, you need to lose weight.
The scale of M. Obama has more than greens to thank for its load.
Most of our funds are digital now. Credit cards and debit cards. Our SS checks go directly to the bank. The huge difference will be who runs it. It would mean no more banks unless it’s a couple banks like BOA that are nationalized. The whole thing is following the Bible in my opinion. The government ruins everything it touches.
With the imposition of a CBDC, the term “wage slave” takes on literal meaning. We will all be literal slaves of the government, down to them controlling what we can buy, when we can buy, and who we can buy from. One can envision the government even making the unilateral decision that you *must* buy, to force a central authority attempt to avoid recession, and if you don’t buy, they’ll confiscate your wealth.
In my estimation, this is essentially a checkmate move if implemented globally.
I’m sure gold, silver, and barter would still be used, but not possible for most.
Michael Moore’s super free Canada already froze bank accounts of those involved in the trucker protest.
Between cameras everywhere, electronic fingerprints everywhere, and control over money, it’s just about time for Pvt Hudson’s “Game over man!”
because the government cannot control its lust for more and more power, there is no doubt they’ll implement a CBDC, starting with something such as welfare payments or Social Security. The only saving grace in all this, is knowing that as the government attempts to garner more power, they become increasingly incompetent, is their attempt to implement CBDC will likely be fatal flawed* and the whole scheme will collapse. These are the same people who could not put together a functional website for Obamacare.
* And by fatal flawed, you can bet the government cannot resist implementing a “back door” in their digital currency. A “back door”, which once discovered and made public, will crash the entire system.
Sadly, it is coming. The Bible says that in the last days of this earth and mankind, the Antichrist WILL CONTROL all bying and selling. That means some system where all money in all accounts in all banks and credit unions WILL be under his control. Funny people don’t believe the Bible, yet all the things the Bible says will come are coming true, one by one. The Book of Daniel predicts all these things as well as Revelation. So, yes, at some point, there will be something like this coming on this earth.
I have not taken cash out of an ATM in about a year, no need. Pretty sure the govt can push a button pretty easy if they want to stop your funds/freeze your account.
Is everyone going to continue to live in fear of doing what is necessary, even as they finally snuff out the last vestige of freedom? I mean, this is it folks. Once they control your ability to purchase the necessities of life it’s over, and America will never come back. If that isn’t worth using EVERY means available to stop this tyranny, then nothing is. At a bare minimum, an ultimatum should be issued regarding this plot and if it moves forward, every patriotic American should do everything in their power to resist it, beginning with a general strike. Anyone in the energy, food, or transportation industries (for a start) should refuse to work, especially in any capacity that would provide food or energy to ANY blue state or to the swamp of D.C. If they want to control us, then freeze and starve them.
But that’s the “nice” option for the squeamish and would be hard to keep going indefinitely. The “not so nice” option seems inevitable in the long run. They’re clearly not going to stop until we’re either slaves or dead, so there’s nothing left to lose if they take total control of money and commerce.
The people we should be listening to right now are all of the immigrants (the legal ones) from the former Soviet states and the Marxist dictatorships in Cuba and Central and South America. They are screaming at the top of their lungs for Americans to wake up, realize how dire things truly are, and rise up to stop it.
The truly ultimate way to get rid of, what the politician sees as, useless eaters..(?)
Everyone needs to understand that the CCP’s social credit system depends on QR codes for literally everything, including access to anyplace, even your home.
In turn, the QR codes depend on the mandatory carrying of a cell phone. Not carrying or turning off your assigned cell phone is punishable - no trial.
The social credit system alone is incapable of being a success, which is why, in China, there are way over 500,000 cameras tracking everyone running facial recognition software.
The authorities know who you saw, who you talked to, when and where. If that person gets a Yellow or Red QR code so do you, regardless of distance, involvement, etc.
It all works together - so far - a perfect system for personal control of the masses.
Greece confiscated people’s bank accounts during an uprising/protest-
Canada was threatening to seize (or maybe they did, I forget nkw) peoples bank accounts who supported the protesting truckers
Banks in America are refusing to, or,threatening to not allow accounts for those who do ate to certain organizations I beleive
Yeah, centralized digital banking is a swell idea. Push-button tyranny and financial ruin for anyone that doesnt explicitly obey heir gov entity /s
Hey mom, you are correct. This is all written clear as day, it’s expected at this point.
Hoard things of intrinsic value. Precious metals, gasoline, jewels, canned goods, ordnance, guns, high-end knives and swords (such as Gurkha blades, samurai swords, Ginsu steak knives, Cutco, blades with surgical edges), compound bows, land, livestock, auto parts, tools, and then currency becomes marginalized-but-still-there in a low-tech sub-economy that exists off the radar.
