I was going to say more importantly a TWC won the hound group. I have a Black & Tan who is a goofy, couch potato.
Basenjis never get any love.
I think my neighbors have one. Barks alot.
Looks like a larger beagle to me...i’m sure I just don’t know it well enough to recognize other specific differences.
I thought this was about Helen Thomas, but then I recalled she has since expired.
I’m sorry but I think bull dogs are ugly.
I think they’re cool looking dogs.
I also like Pharaoh Hounds.

Treeing Walker is a great coon hound...Plott Hound is a better bear dog...:^)
Then you’ve never seen a little Frenchie. The sweetest little critter you’ll ever see! :)
When people ask, we DO describe them as a tall Beagle. ;)
We also have a Beagle. He’s getting old now, about 10, but in his youth he was the one that trained the puppies to follow a scent track. Now, he’s my house dog and snuggle puppy. A life well lived!
I guess when Chief expires teaching the puppies to track will be another one of my jobs around here, LOL!
Ok, you’re tempting me. My daughter loves animals and that one is just what she would want. Too cute.
Awesome! I’ve wanted a Tervuren for years now. Just never followed through. I live in town so there really isn’t a lot of running room in the backyard.
There are so many awesome hound breeds out there. My Best. Dog. Ever. was my Basset Hound, Rufus. Had that dog for 15 years, never a health issue until the day he had a major stroke and that’s all she wrote :(
I used to leash him to a cinder block so I could at least catch him when I needed to. He was one busy hound, when he was young. And then, the perfect Couch Potato. :)
I will miss that dog until the day I die. I’ve had others through the years (three Labradors!) but Rufus has a special place in my heart, forever.

Yes, hounds ARE noisy. We have no neighbors, for that very reason! :)
