When I started my business career a million years ago, I had to stop wearing old blue jeans, running shoes, and t-shirts.

It grossed me out to wear a conservative suit and tie, but I noticed I could get a job and my income went up.

I get the sh*ts when the “food service community” trots out the $2.13 minimum wage sad sack line. Federal law stipulates that if their tips and wages combined do not meet or exceed $7.25 then the employer is obligated to make up the difference. And I guarantee you the vast majority do not report all their cash tips (actually I have no problem with that).
