Poland WWIII scare shows why top US general wants peace (w/ Doug Macgregor)
The Grayzone ^ | NOVEMBER 16, 2022 | Colonel Douglas MacGregor

Posted on 11/20/2022 5:05:19 PM PST by Cathi

Excellent MacGregor interview about what prompted Gen. Milley to leak private briefing of Biden. Interview discusses negotiation possibilities...not likely.

Huge Russian offensive being prepared for. Milley is concerned that this conflict will end in defeat for the collective West.

I don’t see how you arrive at the conclusion that Williams is “arguing” with himself.

Your post was in reply to Williams’ post #6, which was a reply to Cathi’s post #1.

If Williams’ post #6 — which you replied to with the comment he was arguing with himself — was actually a reply to Cathi’s post #1, how is that Williams “arguing with himself?”

He also has posts to Cathi on #3 and #4, but those are simply additional comments to Cathi.

He is — rather than “arguing with himself” — merely adding comments to Cathi, possibly comments he had intended to make on a previous post, but didn’t.

I think you are assuming facts not in evidence.

I would never predict the outcome of the war.

The reason Doug M is usually wrong, he isn’t doing an “expert” military analysis, he’s just engaging in propaganda.

For anyone who follows his statements, that’s not a harsh criticism, it’s obvious.

I’ve listened to him say Russia will defeat us, we can’t “afford” to improve our military, and so we should leave Europe to Russia. He also advocates for Germany to abandon NATO and team up with Russia.

That’s pretty vile stuff, and he slings it in a smarmy elitist way.

Like when he sat there on Tucker Carlson several weeks ago and said the Ukrainian offensive was going “terribly “ and only 30% of our weapons would ever reach the front lines.

I just want to check in with the Putin-o-philes.

If we give Russia what they want— as much of Ukraine as they desire, they will give US peace.

Is that right?

They won’t attack anywhere else in Europe?

Is this 2-minute video of Tucker and MacGregor hours before the Ukrainians launched their September offensive, the one you mentioned?

This short interview with MacGregor was blown away by what started almost as this was being said, and the months since.

“Pray for the complete collapse of the military hubris and Neocon intervention of the West. It’s a terrible legacy.”

It was kind of cute until they started messing with countries that take their security SERIOUSLY and have NUCLEAR WEAPONS that can easily flatten us.

So perhaps it’s time to re-think that strategy.

Russia has such a big offensive up its sleeve, why didn’t it do that rather than suffer worse and worse setbacks during the last year?

It is very simple.   President Putin expected Zelenskyy to abscond with his wealth so he tried to cause the least amount of damage to the countryside.   President Putin didn't realize there were threats and incentives from the Globalists including the WEF that kept Zelenskyy from upsetting their plans for The Great Reset.

Do you actually believe the crap you just posted? I wish it were a parody but I think you’re serious.

Putin sacrificed his army to a year of slaughter and ultimate retreat, because he was trying to be a nice guy to the country he invaded?
But the globalists tricked him when Ukraine actually defended itself?

Are they teaching this stuff in insane asylums?

Thanks for the laugh.   I am certain that President Putin did not invade the Ukraine with the overwhelming force that he could have in an effort to communicate that he did not intend to harm civilians.   I remember the video in the first days of the Special Military Operation where a Senior Russian NCO was standing guard in a plaza with a babushka berating him and he stayed calm and level headed.   We watched a gradual progression of hostility matching attacks from Ukrainian civilians taking up arms.   I remember many in the media and our military experts remarking about the restraint the Russians were displaying in the early weeks.   We all have seen that it was only recently that the Russian Missiles targeted infrastructure including power distribution.

"Zelensky didn’t know a word of Ukrainian prior to being thrown into the presidency by one of the oligarchs. He has been taking lessons though he has a tendency to drift into Russian when he gets excited..."

Ukrainian is basically a dead language.

“Ukrainian is basically a dead language.”

Unfortunately for the Ukrainian nationalists Ukraine is on the path to basically being a dead country. They have lost most of their current GDP to Russia. At best they are going to end up being a rump state with no access to the sea unless they stop this war before Russia annexes Odessa.
