I don’t miss carbs. I just try not to think about them!....................
We’re doing Keto and fasting for 18 hours. We started on WW but that didn’t take the weight off fast enough for either of us.
What we’re doing now means one less meal for me to cook, which is SUPER, and neither of us have been hungry, per se.
We’ll see how we do over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I ain’t making any promises, LOL!
