Yes, it is possible, but not very probable.

Sorry, but I roundly disagree with the statements you present, listed above.

If you have ever paid much attention to what they say, it is always reducing the world's population down to a sustainable number. Now the number that they publish is always higher than the true number they would really like it to get down to. Because many jobs will be done by mostly by machines. So, the real number is about 3.1 billion people.

In demographics, the term world population is often used to refer to the total number of humans currently living, and was estimated to have exceeded 8 billion as of 15 November 2022, which of course is tomorrow.

So, that means there has to be a massive reduction and quickly. How do you think they intend to reduce it massively, and quickly?

I think the vaccines are not deadly enough as of yet, but the jury is really still out on that method, but nuclear war is definitely still in play.

you're right this batch wasn't enough for that many dead. Add in reduced birth rates.
They claim about 70 percent of the world population took them. Assume that is exaggerated and it's around 50%. That is 4 billion my estimate 1/3 will die in about 10 years mostly from HIV-1 in the injections which doesn't die it grows. Add in the drop in birth rates.

A round figure of about 2 billion less people in 10 years or 6 billion people. Doesn't hit your estimate though when the HIV starts killing in large numbers they will be even more tyrannical with a new round of injections.

I suspect we have no idea of the total population of the planet. I am not even certain that the medical hegemony knows for sure.

The US Census is admittedly skewed for political, redistricting reasons. Discrete populations are all eligible for one or another *benefit*, so the higher the number, the higher the appropriation.

IDK anything about census-taking in other countries, but factoring in the lockstep behavior we have witnessed, I have no trust any country counts accurately.

This is a soft-kill operation. Countless individuals will not be conceived or born and we won’t even know a rate of decline for another several years.
